The Brief

We executed a comprehensive regional activation spanning three months to mark the launch of the new Ford Edge. This ambitious operation comprised 12 simultaneous in-mall activations strategically held in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Kuwait.

Challenge

Our involvement in this project was all-encompassing. From conceptualization to design, VR 3D animation, and the development of promoters and scripts, we meticulously crafted every aspect including stand productions. Concurrently, we spearheaded digital and social media campaigns, ensuring a widespread reach and engagement. The promoters underwent thorough training, enabling them to effectively communicate the brand’s message and generate leads during the activations.

The Result

Beyond the event, our commitment extended to assessing its impact and establishing a post-event call centre. This strategic move aimed to convert stand visitors into showroom visits, contributing significantly to the impressive sale of 107 cars. This successful regional activation stands as a testament to our holistic approach, seamlessly integrating creativity, technology, and strategic planning to achieve tangible results for our clients.
