The Brief
Centered around the concept of upscaling and reusing Iftar leftovers in innovative and sustainable ways. This Ramadan, HSBC aimed to inspire viewers to explore fresh, creative approaches to repurposing leftover food while promoting sustainable practices. KGI developed a concept that deviated from the typical cooking competition format, focusing instead on a collaborative approach to reinventing leftovers.

Challenge
The objective was to showcase how leftovers can be transformed into new, delicious dishes while promoting sustainability and reducing food waste. The two chefs, Chef Marwan and Chef Layal, demonstrated their culinary skills and shared their creative techniques for upscaling Iftar leftovers.
The Result
The sustainable cooking challenge for HSBC effectively showcased the upscaling of Iftar leftovers in an engaging and sustainable manner.
